Most of the furniture in your home could be made from illegally logged wood. So who should we buy from?

Fair trade furniture website Myakka will only sell furniture that’s been sourced ethically under fair trade standards. They are reasonably priced, but by no means cheap.

Homebase, Argos and B&Q also rank very highly.

Unfortunately Swedish favourite IKEA rank far lower on the tables, along with BHS, Heal’s and Marks & Spencer.
