Surprisingly topping the charts is M&S Cafe Revive for best high street cafe in terms of being eco-friendly, fair trade and organic products.
They are followed closely by AMT (yes, that one at train stations), Caffè Nero and Costa Coffee as ethical organisations.
Starbucks scored very low ethically, due to their aggressive high street expansion and its stance on workers’ rights. Pret a Manger also scored low in these rankings.
