Eastpak will open the doors to its first ever UK store this September, located at No.1 Carnaby Street, one of London’s most iconic shopping destinations. Spanning almost 2,000 square feet, the store will provide the opportunity to check out all the Eastpak lines under one roof.
Alongside the various collections – Authentic, Core Series and Eastpak RAF Simons – that offer something for everyone, Eastpak will be building a unique platform for artistic and musical talent in the store, including regular monthly nights and live appearances that will become part of the ongoing store events calendar.
Eastpak is embarking on a creative partnership with the StolenSpace Gallery that will see them curate regular exhibitions from both infamous and unknown artists in the store’s dedicated space. Influenced by underground subcultures, StolenSpace Gallery specialises in art often overlooked by traditional galleries and museums, such as skateboard graphics, graffiti, comic books and tattoo art.
Further collaborations will see Eastpak’s ‘Tag My Pack’ crew, featuring some of the UK’s freshest graf artists, visiting the London store as part of a UK tour where they will stop at Eastpak stockists throughout the country to uniquely customise your Eastpak bag for free.
An open decks policy makes the most of the in-store music system. People will be invited to come and DJ in the store at weekends as a platform to promote young and upcoming talent.
