This is the last call for you to make your way to the Pioneer Skate Park this Saturday, June 25th to celebrate 10 years of Girls Skate Jam in the UK with us!
And to celebrate this special occasion, there will be a bunch of specials going on on top of the usual shenanigans:
90s GIRL SKATER COMP
For all those ladies who picked up a board over a decade ago, we are holding a 90’s girl skater section. This one has a dress code and you must be aged over 26!
Dress code: Baggy trousers (crotches down to your knees), dog chains, mens over sized hoodys, DC Boxers, Boards as wide as boats and wheels as small as pennies – The golden days of skating!
Every year the guys moan that they don’t get a look in. Well this year boys dress the right way and you’ll have your own 15 minute competition at the end of the ladies comps (please note you will still not be allowed to skate whilst the ladies are competing!) Prizes will not be awarded for skating, what tricks you can land means nothing here – it’s all about the best dressed cross dresser!
There will also be a short film shown of footage shot from over the last decade and images on display as well as BBQ, music, etc
The exact address is Heathlands Drive, St Albans, AL3 5AY and you can easily get there by train, St Albans Station is 20 minutes from Kings Cross, London. If you seek more info, email firstname.lastname@example.org
