From May 3rd – 6th 2012, the infamous urban art fair Stroke is coming back to it’s hometown Munich to spread all kind of street art and other forms of urban creativity all over the Bavarian capital. Epicenter of the spilling will be on the Praterinsel in the city center, which isn’t only a great exhibition backdrop but also a great party location, swirled by the river.
Next to a huge exhibition showcasing the works of NeoVandalism, Galerie Richter & Masset, Lunchmoney Gallery, Soon, and many more, there’s also a Anime Special as well as a whole house of pieces by artists from poorer region, who have been supported with travel money to attend the show, like the KNZ Clan from Italy, Blaq (Greece) or Skount (Spain).
Deets on the parties weren’t confirmed yet, but know venue and organisers we’re pretty sure it’s gonna rock! So see you there and in the mean time, browse through our gallery of the last editions of the fair in Munich, and watch a clip of last year’s event in Berlin below.
