18 year old Malia scored the highest waves of the competition, taking the title with a 7.83 victory over Cali Native Courtney Conologue. Sharp shredding and careful wave selection paid off, and Malia’s win at Pantin sees her inching closer and closer to qualifying for the 2012 ASP Women’s World Tour.
