Describe yourself: I’m a pro snowboarder, almost a journalist and a marketing consultant. But, most of all, I’m a compulsive traveller: when I’m not on the road to reach some resort, I travel all over the world for visiting friends, seeing concerts, exploring new places or just for the sake of it.

Talk us through your average day… I really don’t have an average day, depends where I am and what I’m doing!

How long have you been riding? 13 years

Best achievement: Surviving 6 head concussions and still not drooling on myself! Ok, when I’m not sleeping…

Best trick: Party all night, wake up hungover, then compete without killing myself!

Scariest moment: When I got followed home by a weirdo with a handlebar moustache wearing military cargo in that shithole called Chamonix.

Favourite place to ride and why: Laax, because it feels like home.

What essential items do you pack in your suitcase for a trip? Credit card, contact lenses, my tech stuff.

Top 3 tunes: At the moment “My Life is at Home” by the Promise Ring; “We Don’t Have to Take Our Clothes Off” by Germaine Jackson; “With a Thousand Words but One” by Darkest Hour.

How do you stay in shape? Run with my heart rate monitor, drink a lot of good good wine and dance my ass off.

Top training tip: Swiss ball! it’s not a perv thing, it’s this big blue ball that you can use to do excercise and works better than pilates for me.

Favourite foods: Japanese, Lebanese and of course southern Italian cusine.

Must-have beauty product: Considering that my beauty case weights as much as a guy’s boardbag, choosing one product is hard. But I’d say Estee Lauder’s Idealist Serum, Clinique’s Superdefence and of course perfume, which at the moment is Narciso Rodriguez for Elle.

Beauty tip: I spend so much time in the sun that the chances I might look like a shar-pei in 10 years time are quite high! To delay that dreadful moment I always use a 50+ SPF protection (I love Avene), and before putting on suncream I use a moisturizer with SPF 25.

Favourite clothing brands: Sonia of Sonia Rykiel, Moschino, Luella and H&M.

Fashion tip: Do whatever you want and, please, stop copying Kate Moss.
