HAIR ‘N MAKEUP: Focus on matching eyes and lips, so yes, both, eyes AND lips, forget about the old ‘either eyes or lips rule’, it’s for boring people who wear matching socks. All different colors and shades work! About the hair, it’s a must to have loads of hair pins and elastics to hand if you’re feeling like having a crazy hairdo.
GHETTO FAB CLOTHES: What TLC always managed to do was to look so damn ghetto fab! For me Ghetto Fab is a mix of sporty and fabolus clothes. It’s basically all about having some insane makeup or accesories to glam up the sporty side.
I’M GOOD AT BEING BAD: The last step is to make this into a fun thing! Get together with your friends and dress up and dance, or why not arrange a 90s club night in your area?
