Normally our covers look like this. So the sharper amongst you may have noticed we’ve made some changes this issue that resulted in the action sports chicas & street style mash up you see above. We hope you like it. And here are a few things which may surprise you about the process:

1. Lois Pendlebury had just broken her wrist before this shot was taken, that’s why she’s pulling a silly face. It was taken in Stockwell by our fashion editor Britta Burger and then cropped to run along the bottom of the cover.
