Neal’s Yard is the most ethical make-up brand in the UK, alongside Green People, Odylique and PHB Ethical Beauty.

It pays buy expensive make-up it seems, as designers such as Chanel, Dior and Bourjois also rank very highly.

The biggest shocker is The Body Shop. Since it was bought out by L’Oreal, the company’s ethical rankings have dropped by association.
