Volcom Stone and SpoTlight productions will be hosting the third annual AmsterDamnAm contest from July 18-20, 2008.

Europe’s premiere amateur street skateboarding contest, AmsterDamnAm 2008 returns to Amsterdam Skatepark on July 18, 19 and 20 with an overall purse of 15,000 Euros. In addition to the tidy prize fund, the first and second placed skaters will also win plane tickets to Tampa Am 2009 in Tampa, Florida, USA, where they will be seeded directly into the semi-finals.

The schedule is as follows:
July 18, arrival day, BBQ at either the Marnix bowl or Amsterdam Skatepark’s new mini-ramp set up (depending on the weather).
July 19, Street qualifiers / Volcom Entertainment presents ASG live at the Bitterzoet Club. Doors open at 9pm.
July 20, Street semifinals, finals, and best trick.
Skatepark opens at 10:30 each morning.
