The Billabong Girls Get Out There Summer Surf Series; the biggest and most exciting development for girls surfing in South Africa is heading your way.
That’s right Girls- this is your chance to Get Out There into the waves, have fun in the summer sunshine, learn to surf with qualified surf coaches or compete in the country’s most lucrative all-girls surfing events. Free yoga lessons are also on offer for all those wishing to enjoy a healthy fun-filled lifestyle.
Over R60 000 in prize- money, tons of awesome prizes including a R 5000 Billabong Hamper, are up for grabs.
The Girls Get Out There Events will be staged in Durban (23/24th September), Margate (5/6th December), Jeffreys Bay (17th December) and Cape Town (3/4th February).
Competitive divisions include a Novice division, U15, Pro Junior (U20) and Open Women’s division.
Each event will be captured on film and broadcast on Supersport presented by Nashua.
So Girls, get down to the Bay of Plenty, Durban beachfront, 23/24th September. Grab your bikinis, trucker caps, sunblock and get stuck into some Billabong fun natural surfing action.
